Just wanted to let you know that the string lock works splendidly on a vintage Kramer aluminum neck guitar. It is the perfect complement to the Schaller 456 bridge I have on the guitar.

Hard to believe I now have a locking nut and fine tuners on my lumie and no modification was required. Very nice.

Hi Reynald, I received the items today, although I haven't installed the Bigsby fine tuner yet, I have put the string-lock onto my Gibson Explorer Shred-X........no more tuning issues :-) .... Fantastic product and thanks for sending me a black string-lock sooner rather than later, that was much appreciated. I will give you some feedback on my Bigsby when I get round to installing it.

I have placed the Sta-Tuned Vibrato Fine-Tuner Kit Chrome now onto my SG, it is absolutely brilliant as well, 5 stars for both the products, my guitars are staying in tune much longer now. I will definitely be recommending your product to my friends.

Joe has given us permission to reproduce this post from the Gibson Forum ... I bought the same guitar months ago and had the same issue with it going out of tune. I spoke to Gibson and they were willing to look at it and help me out but I came across Sta-Tuned String-Locks and it was really inexpensive it doesn't require an alteration to the instrument so after contacting Sta-Tuned I explained the issue and they said it should work.

Well it took a couple of minutes to put it on the first time and since then the guitar has stayed in tune. I use the Kahler tremolo all the time and I tested it pretty heavily and it stayed in tune. It's an amazing invention that I never heard of before until I saw it in a magazine. :-)

I have a new Stay-Tune on my Nashville Classic, and I really love it. If I have to tune up at all it is when we first set up, but for the rest of the time that day or evening I can use my Bigsby as much as I want and my guitar stays in tune.

It looks good on the guitar, doesn't get in the way of playing, and does the job of keeping my guitar in tune while I'm playing.
